The fiscal year begins May 1. Coupons for the new fiscal year are mailed the second week in April. New homeowners receive coupons as part of their welcome kit. Assessments are due and payable on the first of the month in advance. Assessment can be paid by using the coupons or by signing up for Direct Debit. As a home owner, you are obligated to pay a condominium association monthly fee which represents your share of the common expenses. This monthly fee is due on the first of each month and is assessed from the day of settlement. You will receive a package of coupons (and envelopes), one for each month’s fee, to be used when remitting your fee payment. It is your responsibility to pay the monthly fee in a timely manner. If payments are not received, the collection policy will be enforced and additional monies will be due. See the Collection Policy for your information.
